2nd-4th grade players will develop their fundamentals in all 3 areas of each session; speed/agility, football skills work and weights. We will help players understand the importance of individual attention to detail and how their skills will help the team win. We will also work to develop players and help them understand where they can best help a team win.
5th-6th grade players will get most focus on building their individual skills in all 3 areas of each session speed/agility, football skills work and weights. WE will increase players understanding and awareness of their abilities at each area of each session so players can better understand how they can help team win. We will dive more into player reacting to movement as well as hip mobility to increase speed during game play.
7th-8th grade players will sharpen skills in all 3 areas of each session; speed/agility, football skills work and weights.
